Mikk Rand (1970) is an Estonian film director and producer. He has graduated Tallinn Pedagogical University as a film direcor. He has also taught animation in Estonian Art Academy. He´s a cofounder of Estonian Animation Union and founder of MTÜ Kinobuss.
